Hello,

My name is Emelie, I am a French-Swedish designer & the founder of Dryades, a womenswear brand based in Paris. I have created Dryades as an ode to nature, where I want to redefine how we consume fashion. My approach is to offer an alternative way which is clothes that are locally produced, made to order, using high quality deadstock fabrics.

Made to order means that we slow things down, only producing a garment once you have placed an order. This way we limit waste and unsold inventory.  It also means that I give you more responsibility. You shop with intention, knowing that you will care and cherish your garment for a really long time.

Dryades comes from greek mythology and means "nymphs protector of trees and of the forest", values that I intend on keeping at the forefront of every decision I make as we grow this brand together.
